In an odd case, if you do not like your AARTYZ product, here is our policy on returns:
Products that are eligible for return and can be returned within 10 days. You can ask for replacement or refund.
· In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused in the same condition as you received it.
·The damaged product needs to be notified on the date of delivery or within 24 hours and should be sent back to us within 7 days after receiving the products. You should whats app or email us a photo of the damaged product.
· Any complaints with regards to damage/stain/stitching or any other issue should be reported and notified within 24 hours of receipt.
· Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
· In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund back the order amount to you.
· We will request you to send the products to us via courier on your own and we will refund the courier amount to the maximum of Rs 99.
· Refund shall be initiated once the products reaches back our warehouse and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process.
· We will refund the money to your Bank Account. You need to share Bank Account details so that refund can be processed as early as possible.
Disclaimer – Almost all the products are hand Block Printed. Being hand printed, the fabric may have slight irregularities in colors and prints. These irregularities are the hallmark of all block-printed products and make each unique piece one-of-its-kind.
